​Your appointments are very important to us, and each one is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time to another guest — and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive a service. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the reserved service amount

• No‑shows: 100% of the reserved service amount
