🌿 Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, and each one is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time to another guest — and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive a service. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Fees

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the reserved service amount

  • No‑shows: 100% of the reserved service amount

Our cancellation policy allows us to offer availability to guests on standby and helps us maintain a smooth, reliable schedule for everyone. These policies are in place to ensure the highest level of service for all clients — both established and new.
