All goods purchased through this site are supplied by Farringdon Health and Beauty. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Ordering
You may place an order by following the on‑screen prompts. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any details before confirming your order.
By clicking “Check Out”, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. We will acknowledge your order with an automatically generated email confirming acceptance. At this point, the contract is formed.
If any details in the confirmation email are incorrect, please contact us immediately at: janey@enyajspa.com or by post at the address above.
The contractual language is English.
3. Price and Delivery Costs
Prices shown on the website may change without notice, but the price at the time of ordering will apply.
If a pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which are shown before checkout.
4. Availability and Delivery
All orders are subject to availability. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods on any agreed date, or within 30 days if no date is specified. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, courier delays, or transport issues.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before your order is processed. We accept the following payment methods:

Your card or account will be charged when your order is submitted.
6. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, or within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To cancel, please contact us by phone, email, or post.
You must return goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost unless the goods were faulty or sent in error.
You cannot cancel orders for:

goods that deteriorate quickly

sealed goods not suitable for return once opened

goods that become inseparably mixed with other items
7. Refunds
Following cancellation, we will refund you within 14 days of:

receiving your cancellation notice (if goods not yet dispatched),

receiving returned goods, or

receiving proof of return
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We may deduct an amount for unreasonable handling that reduces the value of the goods.
If goods are defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer:

a full refund, or

a repair or replacement (unless disproportionate), at no cost to you
8. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel your order if:

9. Title and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once delivered and paid for in full. After delivery, goods are held at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

11. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, transport issues, strikes, or natural disasters.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in your home jurisdiction if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
